The training programme is to be delivered for all workers who are engaged in the delivery and legacy of the FIFA World Cup 2022.

The aims and objectives are to engage the workers by supporting direct contribution to social and human development outcomes; ensuring workers are
adequately equipped to carry out their jobs safely and effectively; ensuring the worker is better equipped for future careers; create an awareness and
understanding of Worker Welfare Standards and workers’ rights and obligations; producing a skilled and certified workforce.
