People working during periods of poor visibility arising from low light conditions or too much of light.

*3. Physical and Stressful Demands
All personnel who participate in practical activities specified on this course must be physically and mentally capable of participating fully. All delegates will
be asked to complete a Qatar International Safety Centre (QISC) standard medical questionnaire prior to course commencement.

This course is aimed to provide guidance on how lighting contributes to the health and safety of personnel at work and those responsible for health and
safety at work.
*5. Learning Outcomes / Assessment Criteria
Upon completion of this course, participants will have an understanding of:
The definition of Poor Lighting.
The definition of Good lighting
Examples of poor lighting conditions.
Hazards of working in poor lighting conditions.
Control of a poor lighting environment.
Planning for working in poor lighting conditions.
