Management of Change (MOC)
Overview (Target Audience)
This one day course is designed to train managers, engineers, MOC coordinators, supervisors, and other employees who participate in decisions about
process changes.
Aim and Objectives
The aim of this course is to ensure that all personnel involved in the decisions about process changes are competent and authorized to do so.
The objective of this training is to ensure that all changes to a process are properly reviewed and hazards introduced by the change are identified, analyzed,
and controlled prior to resuming operation; to understand the keys to successful MOC program, and learn ways to develop and implement an effective and
complete MOC procedure.
