1.Target Group
Those personnel who are currently holding a Worker Representative position within the company or anyone who wants to become a worker representative.

3.Physical and Stressful Demands
All personnel who participate in such activities must be physically and mentally capable of participating fully.

4.Aims and Objectives
The aim of this course is to provide understanding of the worker representative roles in the Workers’ Welfare Forum (WWF) and understanding on what
they should be expected to do or how they can act or behave as worker representative. It will also provide delegates with the necessary skills to act as
worker representative, including effective communication, negotiation and leadership.

5.Learning Outcomes / Assessment Criteria
The delegates will be able to:
• Understand the roles and responsibilities of workers’ representative
• Understand the function of the Supreme Committee, and MOADLSA (Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor, and Social Affairs)
• Acquire knowledge about FIFA 2022, and organizations involved in its development such as Impact, and BWI
• Communicate with confidence using verbal and nonverbal cues, and improve their listening skills
• Improve their negotiation skills in handling workers’ conflict and be able to define problems and implement solutions
• Understand the importance of adaptability as a crucial skills for leaders that can help influence their behaviors
• Improve their basic computer skills, i.e. use of internet, emailing, and the use of Microsoft Office, e.g. Word and Excel

6.Delegate Performance Assessment / Certification / Validity
Delegate Performance Assessment: Written, multiple choice and oral questioning.
Certification: QISC certification with no expiry.
