Scope (Target Audience)
This course is designed for both experienced and new trainers who wish to improve their performance and obtain a training qualification.

Objective
These qualifications introduce the knowledge and skills required by teachers and trainers to:
 Develop and deliver programs.
 Provide learning support.
 Take responsibility in managing the learning process.

Structure of the Course (Course Content)
On successful completion of the course the learner will:
 Understand the importance of implementing initial training and assessment procedures.
 Understand the roles and responsibilities of a tutor.
 Be able to plan and design a session.
 Be able to develop and use resources.
 Be able to deliver a training session.
 Be able to evaluate a training session.

Assessment
Delegates will be assessed against the following key tasks.
 Background knowledge.
 Planning and preparation techniques.
 Delivering a training session.
 Evaluation on training sessions.

Prerequisite
Applicants are expected to have a reasonable standard of English.

This course is certified by Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC).
